Can I suggest that we get all the people offering to design banners/sigs/websites/etc. to post here and then get this post stickied - that way there is one easy place people can go to contact designers when they want a sig/banner/website etc.
Maybe something along the lines of:

Services Offered (sigs/banner/websites/etc.):
Cost:
Contact Info:
Gallery Link:

hmm, i'd go with just a listing of people who offer sigs and kill every other type of response to this thread - once it's up and running, most people will point it out to teh people asking for sigs
as for sig comps - i'd let them run without lockage.
